Customers are able to purchase refund protection for their order upon checkout. This entitles them for a possible refund should their claim fall outside of Skiddle's standard terms regarding event cancellation or postponement.
Please Note - DO NOT scan tickets / manually redeem tickets using the Rapidscan app for those not attending as this could interfere with Refund claims.

Should your customers have purchased Refund Protection at the time of their order, they are entitled to claim a refund via our third-party insurance provider if they have had to self-isolate due to symptoms of Covid-19/Coronavirus. They are advised to contact our third-party insurance provider, Vista directly for guidance on the matter.
Claims can be made up to 30 days after the date of the event
