When Can You Delete an Event?
You can only delete an event if no tickets have been sold for it. If any tickets have been purchased, you must cancel or postpone the event instead.
What to Do if Tickets Have Been Sold
If your event has ticket sales, it cannot be deleted. You must either:
Cancel the event, or
Postpone the event
You can manage cancellations or postponements through the Promotion Centre.

How to Delete an Event (No Ticket Sales)
If your event has no ticket sales, follow these steps to delete it:
Go to your Events Dashboard.
Locate the event you wish to delete.
On the left-hand menu, click Manage Event.
Scroll down and click the Delete Event button.
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Yes to confirm.
Once confirmed, the event will be permanently deleted from your dashboard.
Confirm that you would like to delete the event. Once you press yes, your event has been deleted.
