This usually means you don't yet have an account on the Beta Promotion Centre.

Promoter accounts are automatically migrated to Beta when you log in to the Legacy Promotion Centre.

If you haven't logged into Legacy within the last 2 years, you'll need to log in there first.

🔐 Once you've logged into Legacy, try logging in to the Beta Promotion Centre again.
