Once an e-flyer has been booked, it uses a portion of our database availability, meaning there is less availability for other promoters.
If your e-flyer has already been proofed and you decide to cancel the booking, a cancellation charge will apply to cover the time spent designing and preparing the proof.
💰 Cancellation Charge
A £10 + VAT charge will be added to your account.
The e-flyer booking will be cancelled, but the cancellation charge will remain on your account and will require payment.
💳 How to Pay the Charge
Any invoices can be paid at any time through the Legacy Promotion Centre.
The charge will appear on your dashboard. Simply click on the charge to view and pay it.
