'Remind Me Premium' gives customers the opportunity to receive a reminder via Whatsapp. This is our highest converting messaging channel, with up to 2x more customers responding to WhatsApp over email. Messages will be charged at £0.05/message.

This is an opt in service and can be enabled via the Promotion Centre.

To enable Remind Me Premium, simply head to the Beta Promotion Centre and click on the name of your event. On the left click 'Manage Tickets' and then 'Remind Me'.
