Sales are tracked by a visitor arriving on our website, from yours, we then set a cookie which tracks this relationship. This stays valid for 30 days.

The advantage of our tracking system is that you still get credited for a sale if your visitor doesn't make a ticket purchase straight away - as long as it's within the 30 days we'll still credit you, even if they come back to us direct!
