How to report content on Skiddle that you believe infringes your intellectual property rights.

If you are a rights holder and believe that something hosted on the Skiddle website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact Skiddle using the procedure below.


📧 How to Report Copyright Infringement

Email promoters@skiddle.com to raise your concerns. Please include "Copyright" in the subject line.

We can then contact the promoter or event on your behalf regarding your complaint.

If we do not receive a response from the promoter, you may wish to take the matter further by providing a cease and desist letter.

This should be formally written and sent to:

📝 What Information Should I Include?

To help us investigate your complaint, please clearly identify the material you believe is infringing your rights.

This should include:

  • 🔗 The full URL of the page where the material is displayed.

  • ✋ A statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by you, the copyright owner.

  • ✅ A statement confirming that the information you have provided is correct and that you are the owner of the copyright interest involved.

  • 📄 Proof of your copyright or trademark ownership, where available.

  • 📧 Your full contact details, including your email address.


🔎 What Happens Next?

Our team will review the information provided and work to remove any reported material within a reasonable timescale.

Where possible, we will also forward your information to the alleged infringer so that they are aware of the complaint.
