Why am I not receiving my daily ticket count?

If you are not receiving your daily ticket count, please check your email address is correct in the ticket report box. Click on to the event you wish to receive ticket count reports for. On the left click 'Manage Tickets' and 'View Tickets'.

Click the cog icon and click 'edit'. Scroll down until you reach the advanced options box. Expand the box and select 'Ticket counts & reports'.

Please ensure your email is correct.

This step needs repeating for each ticket you would like to receive ticket count reported for. Please ensure that the email address is the same across all tickets you would like to be included.
