Tickets will be moved to your new event automatically. Following the event postponement, depending on your choice when postponing the event.
For Example: If you choose 14 days, the tickets will be moved after the 14-day refund window and 7-day grace period.
Please note, should the 14th day fall on a weekend or Bank Holiday, tickets may be moved across a couple of days later.
You will be able to view the previous events sales by locating the original event within your account.
