Yes of course! We can link your event to our back-end allocated seating platform so customers are designated the best seats available when they purchase tickets.

When using this system, customers will automatically be designated the best seat(s) available and will be allocated seats grouped together where available. If tickets are available for more than one section within your event i.e. Stalls Tickets and Balcony Tickets then separate tickets must be added for each ticket type so your customers can be allocated the best seats available by ticket category.

For allocated seats to be set up and applied to your event listing we require the following:-

  • A minimum of 3 working days (72 hours) notice for setup - as allocated seating events are dealt with on a first come first served basis we would advise getting in touch well in advance of the intended on-sale date so we can ensure this is set up in time. Please note our usual turnaround is 3-5 working days but this may be longer during peak periods.

  • Skiddle event listing to be set up with relevant tickets and allocations setup with future on sale date - this will allow us to link up the relevant tickets/prices and means we can double check the allocations against your tickets online before making these live.

  • A front-end seating plan - this should be designed with the customer in mind and will either contain detail of rows and seats or blocks depending on the size of the venue, may include row details or simply block/section names. Please see example plans below:-

As shown below, this will be added just above the ticket box on your event listing so needs to be clear enough for the customer to understand:-

  • A plan showing the full breakdown of seats and rows with relevant labelling and a note of the allocation to be added on Skiddle. This is to be used on our allocated seating platform when adding this option for your event (please note we require a minimum of 100x tickets to be allocated to us to set this up on your behalf)

  • A full breakdown of seats to be allocated to Skiddle so we can ensure we’re allocation the correct seats.

Please be aware that when using this system you will have minimal access to edit to your event, such as addind more seats. Please ensure, any amendments to seating allocations are relayed to us so we can make the relevant amendments on our back-end allocated seating platform.
