If your customer has an issue with their order it may be helpful to direct them to their order history at skiddle.com/orders. From here they can edit their details, download their tickets, resend receipts, and view their options for cancelled or postponed events.
There’s also lots of useful information in the Customer Help section of the Skiddle Help Centre where they can search for a resolution, or submit a request with our customer care team if it can’t be resolved there.
If the problem can’t be resolved there they may need to get in touch with our customer care department. To do so they can submit a request in the Help Centre from the bottom of any article which will be picked up by a member of the Customer Care team.
